We hope that all customers enjoy their bakes, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of our items, please do contact us and we will do the very best we can to rectify the issue.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your items, please reach out to us, and include a photo with your message to show the issue. In most cases, we will either issue a full refund or replace the items in question.
We ask that you report quality issues within 48 hours of receiving your items.
