Shipping

 

We ship out orders twice a week, for delivery on a Wednesday and a Saturday. Please ensure you select the right shipping option at checkout to ensure your treats arrive on time. 

  • Wednesday Delivery - Order before 11:59pm on Saturday for dispatch on Tuesday and delivery on Wednesday. 
  • Saturday Delivery - Order before 11:59pm on Tuesday for dispatch on Friday and delivery on Saturday

Please note if you order after the cutoff, your item will arrive the following week.

 

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (no signature required). You will receive your tracking number when your order is dispatched. This tracking number may not immediately return a result when searched via Royal Mail. Please allow a few hours and try again, then contact us. 

Please be aware that we are not able to advise on the status of an order once received by Royal Mail, beyond the standard tracking details provided to you. Please refer to your order tracking before reaching out.

You can also change your delivery option (such as leaving in a safe place) via the Royal Mail tracking portal or Royal Mail app. We will not be able to do this for you.
